Ratings disabled

Since atheists are so idiotic, foolish, dumb, and gullible I decided to disable ratings for comments, mainly because atheists are so gullible that they will actually believe that ratings have some kind of significance.

Why can’t atheists understand that the rating (thumbs up or thumbs down) a comment gets is just an argumentum ad populum? You can’t determine the validity of a comment by the number of thumbs up or thumbs down it gets.

The conclusion drawn though Ockham’s razor about ratings is that they tell us how many users clicked the thumbs up or thumbs down button. Knowing how many users clicked the thumbs up or thumbs down button by itself doesn’t tell us whether or not a comment is true or false. It doesn’t give us any information about the validity or truth of the comment.

If someone claims that the “Sun revolves around the Earth” and that comment gets lots of thumbs up it does’t prove that statement true. If someone claims that the “Earth revolves around the Sun” and that comment gets lots of thumbs down it doesn’t falsify that statement.

Since atheists are quite possibly the most gullible people and will most likely believe ratings are significant I decided to disable ratings.

the real reason you did thisis because everyone that comes on hates you so they’ll dislike it so you would be afraid that you would get too many dislikes and nobody would come on this website.
Face it itsnobody, the more you post articles, the mkre you will make people mad.
I mean seriously, you say atheists are hateful people. But you made a website that is based on hating atheists.
I can’t even imagine what you think of homosexuality.

Oh God, I was such an idiot when I wrote this. I’ll rephrase. You did not remove the ratings because you wanted to show that they had no significance, because if you actually wanted to show they were pointless, you would’ve kept them. If you personally think there is no need for them, remove the ratings. But if you are trying to prove that they aren’t to other people, then keep them.

You should delete the butt-hurt comments from atheistic trolls.

You really are silly aren’t you. We pharyngulate polls all the time because we know they are worthless.

I thought gullible was giving 10% of your money to a child rapist enabler in Rome.

Interesting… you sound a bit frustrated. Hang in there 😉
